This Twilight Concert will feature Mari Akimoto (flutist), who has successfully performed numerous recitals in famous halls across the country and is expected to be a leading figure in the flute world, and Haruhide Baba, a pianist from Fukushima Prefecture who continues to be active and proud of his hometown.

Mari Akimoto (flute)
He has captivated audiences both in Japan and abroad with recitals at Tokyo Opera City and JT Art Hall, among others. He also boldly takes on the challenge of unaccompanied solo recitals, and is a notable performer leading the Japanese flute world. His tone, which combines delicacy and brilliance, has attracted many fans.
Haruhide Baba (piano)
Born in Miharu Town, Fukushima Prefecture. After graduating from the Virtuoso Department of Musashino Academia Musicae, she completed graduate school. Active on stages both in Japan and overseas, she has recently been actively performing in her hometown of Miharu Town. She is a notable pianist who brings out the charm of her fellow performers with her solid technique and rich expressiveness.
