\nOn a personal note, this spring will be my third year with the company.

When I was an elementary school student, I went to Tategamori Ark Farm to take a pork bun making class.

\nTime passed, and when I went on a company tour as a high school student, I felt nostalgic.

Even after joining the company, when cleaning around the farm market first thing in the morning,

During the first three months after joining the company, I received pig farming training.
\nAlthough I have a dog at home, I have never raised an animal myself.
\nAt first, there were many things I wasn't used to and it was difficult.
\nHowever, I was able to train while being surrounded by kind people at the farm,
\nI was reminded once again of the importance of life and the difficulty of raising a single life.
\nI was able to feel gratitude for many things.<\/p>\n
After completing pig farming training, I became a member of the production and sales department and was able to raise pigs with care in a safe and secure environment.
\nNow I'm in a position to sell to customers.<\/p>\n
I work in a job that involves me directly with customers, and I strive every day to deliver hospitality and smiles.
\nWhile serving customers, I often hear things like, ``Ark Farm's meat is really delicious,'' and ``I'll come again!''
\nWe will receive many kind words from you.
\nEach time, I am in a position to convey the thoughts of the people involved in the process of selling a single product.
\nAs a customer service employee, I am in a position where I can hear directly from customers.
\nI feel a sense of satisfaction in my work and a sense of pride as an ARK employee.<\/p>\n
My daily work involves working around the cash register at a farm market.
\nWe serve customers at BBQ and Welcome House Kinomi.
\nStarting this year, I have been seriously involved in making pork buns.
\nThe pork bun wrappers are made from organic, pesticide-free wheat grown on farms, and have a fluffy, chewy texture and a slightly sweet taste.
