Hello.

My name is Kamota and I am in charge of butchery at Tategamori Ark Farm Farm Market.

Thank you very much for using our service.

We have passed the ``first day of spring'' on February 4th, the 24th solar term, and this Saturday, the 19th, we will welcome ``rain water''.

Usui is the time when snow and ice begin to melt due to the warm spring weather and the snowy weather changes to rain.

Spring is almost here!

Come, spring! !

...However, it seems that General Winter is still relaxing at Tategamori Ark Ranch in Iwate Prefecture, so the day before yesterday, February 11th (Friday), the work started with ``shoveling snow.''

Winters in Tohoku are long.

But I can't wait for spring, and I feel like spring at the Annex Kamori Ark Ranch is truly the best.

I think the cold days will continue where you live.

Please be careful about colds and infections.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day before the 24 solar terms rain water!

After all, the image of chocolate is iron plate, but today we will introduce Valentine's day items recommended by a butcher.

it is…

This is the heart of Tategamori Plateau pig! !

![""]("https://www.arkfarm.co.jp/uploads/images/%E3%81%AF%E3%81%A4%E3%83%96%E3%83%AD%E3%83%83%E3%82%AF%EF%BC%881%EF%BC%89%20%282%29.jpg")

Some people may have been turned off...

What do you mean?

``Heart'' = ``Heart.''

Oooh!

I see!

Looks like a butcher! !

I hope you can see it with a smile (lol)

Meat hearts are generally sold as "hearts".

The same goes for Tategamori Ark Ranch Farm Market.

This word is said to originate from the English word "hearts".

``Hatsu'' is served under the names ``Heart'' or ``Kokoro'' (heart) on the menus of some Yakiniku restaurants.

I'm sure you've seen young chicken hearts sold at supermarkets under the product name ``Wakadori Heart.''

How about! !

Considering that, isn't it perfect for Valentine's Day? !

I would like to seriously (?) introduce the product ``Tategamori Kogen Pork Heart''.

The biggest characteristic of hearts is their texture.

It is a strong muscular body that is constantly in motion.

The chewy texture is convincing.

The color is similar to liver, but it does not have the same odor.

It's pretty light.

It is highly nutritious and contains vitamins B1, B2 and niacin.

It is also rich in iron and taurine, which is a great source of nutrients that help relieve fatigue.

The recommended way to eat it is definitely Yakiniku!

After all, this is it! !

As I mentioned earlier, contrary to its appearance, it has little odor and is light, so you can enjoy it deliciously with either salt or yakiniku sauce.

Enjoy the unique texture with your favorite seasoning.

There is a part of the heart that is called "chikuwa".

This part is called ``Hatsumoto''.

![""]("https://www.arkfarm.co.jp/uploads/images/%E3%83%8F%E3%83%84%E3%83%A2%E3%83%88.jpg")

It's the aorta.

The one in the picture is a little small, but because of its shape, it is also called ``takenoko'' or ``korikori'', which tastes like ``chikuwa'' or something you eat.

The size varies depending on the product, but if there is a large "hatsumoto" attached, please cut only that part and enjoy.

It has a unique texture.

It's really crunchy.

``Tategamori Kogen Pork Hearts'' are sold all year round at the Tategamori Ark Farm Farm Market, even if it's not during Valentine's Day.

![""]("https://www.arkfarm.co.jp/uploads/images/%E3%81%AF%E3%81%A4%E3%83%96%E3%83%AD%E3%83%83%E3%82%AFFM%20%282%29.jpg")

There are various sizes and the price is 128 yen (tax included) per 100g.

(As of February 2022, it is only sold at farm markets)

When you come to the farm, please stop by the farm market.

Please be careful on the way.

We are looking forward to seeing all of our staff.

Thank you for reading to the end.
