The other day, we had a few tastings in our company. Looking at cute lambs and writing like this, some people may think that the livestock industry is a cruel profession, but agriculture, which is our livelihood, grows food for people to eat. I feel deeply again.
\nThe Spirit Festival and Animal Spirit Festival held around the equinoctial week in spring and autumn are rituals to dedicate a heart of reverence and gratitude to the many lives. I believe that we must at least not waste the lives we have raised, but make them delicious and nutritious.<\/p>\n
And the lamb meat the other day. We had delicious!

\nAlthough it is generally known, there is actually a hogget between lamb and mutton. Meat from 12 to 24 month old sheep.
