Every year, ARK holds either an employee training trip or a sports day, and this year is the year of the employee training trip.
\nEmployee training trips are useful for companies that can be helpful in their daily work, or for companies that are trying to move forward.
\nThe goal is to share the direction with all employees.
\nOf course, one of the important purposes is to spend time interacting with employees who don't get to see each other often.
\nThere are day courses and overnight courses, and even for the same course, it is impossible for everyone to go at the same time due to business reasons.
\nThe training trip is divided into 3 times each, making a total of 6 times.<\/p>\n
I participated in the overnight course on September 6th and 7th.
\nThe current members are 11 men and 5 women, including two new employees.
