We have already informed you, but
\nOn October 20, 2017, at two farms of the Pig Farming Division, "Fujisawa Farm" and "Hanaizumi Farm",
\nObtained [JGAP certification].<\/p>\n
This is a remarkable feat achieved by only two companies out of approximately 5,000 pig farms nationwide! (As of November 2017, 2 out of approximately 70,000 farmers of all breeds of beef, chicken, and pigs).<\/p>\n
"JGAP" is one of the agricultural production process management methods recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
\nThis is an important proof that we are providing safe products.
\nIt is also the agricultural product procurement standard for the Tokyo Olympics scheduled to be held in 2020.
\nOur company also aims to use this certification as a stepping stone to help support athletes with the food they need to stay healthy and play an active role.<\/p>\n
To celebrate the certification, we held a certification celebration party at Ark Group the other day!<\/p>\n
When I obtained this certification, I received a message from the teacher who was very helpful in obtaining farm HACCP certification.
\nI received a lot of advice.
\nIn addition, in order to obtain certification, we have put in place many systems and prepared the necessary documents.
\nStaff at the Pig Farming Division strive to provide a safer, more hygienic, and more stable supply of pork.
\nWe were able to obtain certification because we worked hard every day.<\/p>\n
During the celebration, a staff member said, ``We want people all over Japan and around the world to eat Tategamori Kogen pork.''
\nNow that we have obtained JGAP certification, we are one step closer to that dream.<\/p>\n
Our early efforts to obtain JGAP certification, which is almost unprecedented in the country, are
