Summer projects are coming one after another at Tategamori Ark Farm!<\/p>\n
First up is the "Vegetable and Herb Harvesting Experience & Cooking Class," which will be held three times in July.<\/p>\n
The dates are July 12th, 19th, and 26th.<\/p>\n

The event will include a hands-on experience picking vegetables and herbs at Potage, a kitchen garden dedicated to the natural food restaurant Till's located within Tategamori Ark Farm. Afterwards, we went to a cooking class using freshly harvested vegetables and herbs.<\/p>\n

This project will be guided by a restaurant manager who is a qualified vegetable sommelier.<\/p>\n
