As for the vegetables, cut the Chinese cabbage into large pieces, cut the radish into long pieces with a peeler, and cut the carrot into pieces.<\/p>\n

The meat for shabu-shabu is sliced pork belly and shoulder loin from Ark Farm.<\/p>\n

You can also add kelp to the pot to make the stock, but I sometimes use soy milk.<\/p>\n
