Hats off to me, who is weak against heat, for that vitality.<\/p>\n
The easiest way to get that power and take it into your body is to pick a little bit, put it in a cup and pour hot water.<\/p>\n
Only fresh herbal tea!<\/p>\n
First, smell the scent, and inhale it with a whistling sound to thoroughly enjoy the ingredients of the scent.<\/p>\n
from the nose to the brain. It is the basis of aromatherapy that fragrance ingredients act on the pituitary gland to adjust mood and physical condition.<\/p>\n
Then slowly pour hot water directly into the cup or into the pot for about 3 minutes. Do not put too much.<\/p>\n
Representative easy-to-drink mints, lemon balm, lemon verbena. I love that mix too.<\/p>\n
Lemon yellow color is very beautiful and delicious. nice smell.<\/p>\n
You can change your mood and really get a little bit of energy.<\/p>\n
\nPut it in a darker way to melt the ice and make iced tea.<\/p>\n
Pour hot sencha, herbal sencha is also delicious.<\/p>\n
Fresh herbs, dried saffron (a little bit if you have it) spice, dried fruits, pour hot green tea into it, leave it for a while,<\/p>\n
Ingredients that excrete intestinal fat called theaflavin and thearubigin are made, and it seems to be a diet tea.<\/p>\n
