From primary industries (agriculture and livestock farming), raw materials are passed to secondary industries (manufacturing and processing), and raw materials are passed to organic fertilizer production. From secondary industries, products are passed to tertiary industries (sales, food and beverage, and ranching), and raw materials are passed to organic fertilizer production. Raw materials from tertiary industries are also gathered at organic fertilizer production. The fertilizer produced is delivered to primary industries and local farmers, and feed rice grown by local farmers is processed into feed and returned to primary industries as animal feed.
