1972 - 1986
The challenge of founder Teruo Hashimoto began in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture.

January - Founded as Hashimoto Farm Co., Ltd. in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture.

Established Hashimoto Farm Iwate Ranch Co., Ltd.

First visit to Germany's ham and sausage situation

Introduced American Babcock Swine

Handmade (Tategamori Ham Workshop Co., Ltd.) established.

Ark Co., Ltd. was established.
Preparations were underway for the opening of Tategamori Ark Farm (now Ark Tategamori), and the concept of a farm market began to take shape.

"Mukashi Tamago" egg collection and sales start
August - Construction of Tategamori Ark Farm (now Ark Tategamori) begins.

In March 2001, the founder, Teruo Hashimoto, passed away prematurely due to illness.

September - Biogas plant begins operation (until 2006)
2005
August - Wakaba Co., Ltd. was established. The company began operating the Fujisawa Town Compost Center (now the Fujisawa Town Organic Fertilizer Center) as a designated manager.
2007
Began working with local farmers to feed rice (early harvest in 2008)
2008 - 2014
We have established a recycling-based agriculture model and have begun working to reorganize our pig farming business.
2008
August - Asparagus farm (piglet rearing) begins operations.
2009
April - The three companies, Hashimoto Farm Co., Ltd., Hashimoto Babcock Swine Co., Ltd., and Ark Co., Ltd., will be merged to form "Ark Co., Ltd."
2011
May - Tategamori Ham Workshop opens new workshop
2013
April - Fujisawa Farm and Hanaizumi Farm obtain HACCP certification (first for a company in the Tohoku region)
2014
April - Sakanoue Farm (fattenness farm) begins operations.
2015 - 2019
We have put our own feed factory, Arcfeed, into operation, creating a system that allows us to make better use of feed rice.
We will deepen our commitment to circular agriculture. Furthermore, we have established the NPO Tira Farm and begun initiatives to employ people with disabilities.

July - BBQ terrace open
August - Arkfeed Co., Ltd. was established (feed factory began operations in July 2017).
2016
April - Company name changed to Wakaba Co., Ltd.
July - Obtained HACCP certification for the poultry farming division.
december - Establishment of the NPO Tira Farm (Business commenced in May 2017)

Expanded Hanaizumi Farm into a breeding farm (until 2020)
March - Welcome House Kinomi reopens after renovations.

Fujisawa farm and Hanaizumi farm acquired JGAP certification
2019
Acquired JGAP certification for poultry farming division of ranch division
2020 - 2023
New farm base established and operational.
As renovation work progresses on the farm market and other facilities, we have changed our business name from "Tategamori Ark Farm" to "Ark Tategamori" to commemorate our 50th anniversary.
