Somehow nostalgic taste
Handmade bread and sweets
We use free-range fertilized eggs from our farm, called "Old-fashioned Eggs," and organic JAS-certified wheat that we cultivate and mill ourselves, to create and deliver each and every loaf of bread and sweets by hand.
The bread has a simple flavor that highlights the taste of wheat, while the sweets are characterized by the natural sweetness and richness of eggs.
Please enjoy the unique flavor that comes from using ingredients grown on the same farm.
Reason for deliciousness
From soil preparation to milling, we consistently produce wheat in our own facilities that have obtained organic JAS certification.
We prepare the soil with organic fertilizers and mill our own organically grown JAS-certified wheat ourselves. We mill only the amount of flour needed each time, maintaining the fresh flavor and quality. Organic wheat accounts for only about 0.1% of domestically harvested wheat in Japan, and we are a rare company nationwide that not only produces organic wheat but also mills organically certified flour ourselves and manufactures products in-house.
Handmade bread, carefully baked one loaf at a time using carefully selected ingredients and farm-grown wheat.
Made with carefully selected ingredients and no additives, our bread boasts a rich wheat aroma and allows you to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. We use only Hokkaido butter and no margarine. To ensure a natural sweetness, we use unbleached beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido. We also use locally sourced milk from Ichinoseki and Aguni salt from Okinawa Prefecture to enhance the bread's flavor. Each loaf is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail.
These additive-free sweets, with their gentle sweetness, generously use "traditional eggs" from the farm.
These sweets offer a nostalgic taste that lets you enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. The "old-fashioned eggs" laid by chickens raised freely in the vast natural environment of a large ranch are characterized by their lack of odor and their rich, sweet flavor. The milk and cream are locally sourced, and the key to the sweetness is carefully selected unbleached beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido. Unlike artificial sweeteners, you can experience the true, natural sweetness.
