Handmade Ham Workshop Co., Ltd.

We manufacture and sell ham, sausages, and processed meat products. We use our prized Tategamori Kogen pork, raised on our own farm, to create processed products that maximize the flavor of the ingredients.
Furthermore, because our products are additive-free and do not use specific allergens, we maintain strict standards for hygiene and freshness. In sales, we work closely with shipping to ensure that we never keep our customers waiting due to insufficient stock.

We collect livestock waste and food scraps from our group's farms, local farmers, and local businesses to produce valuable organic fertilizer. This fertilizer is then used in the fields of our group and local farmers, and we purchase the vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, and feed rice grown there as ingredients for our own produce and animal feed. This then initiates a new cycle of production and manufacturing.
Wakaba's role is not only crucial within the group, but also plays a fundamental role in the circular agriculture system in the local community.

We are committed to coexisting with the local community through employment support for people with disabilities (commonly known as "cast members"). We work in cooperation with various departments within the group to provide support so that cast members can be active throughout the year, including general landscape management, vegetable shipping, packaging, and washing. We respect the individuality of each cast member and will continue our business so that we can all contribute to the local community together.
