My name is Rina Koizumi, and I am the new chairperson of this term's Smile Up Committee.

The Smile Up Committee is a group that aims to increase the number of smiles among employees.
This is a committee that works to create an environment where employees can work more happily and with greater motivation.

"Aim to be the ultimate smile maker!" is the slogan for this season,
Continuing from the previous term, we will continue to share customer feedback with our employees every day through the "Customer Feedback Distribution" program.
We will be implementing "in-house internship" activities that will enable interaction between departments within the Ark Group and deepen mutual understanding.
