This is Hashimoto from the Manufacturing and Sales Department. Today, I would like to introduce the dishes that will be served for a limited time at our restaurants at the Tategamori Herb Festival, which will be held from Saturday, June 14th.

・Ham marinated with fresh herbs and farm vegetables

~A refreshing dish made with our popular marinated farm vegetables and ham, with freshly picked herbs added that morning~

・Provencal-style Tategamori Plateau vegetables

~Freshly picked vegetables roasted or sauteed with herbes de Provence to create a fragrant dish~

・Homemade yogurt with herb oil

~ Rosemary herb oil, which was very popular last year,

Please enjoy it with some good quality rock salt and some homemade yogurt.

・Fresh herbal tea

During the Herb Festival, the variety will increase. It's a surprise to see what's available on the day.

In addition, a variety of dishes will be available to go with the fresh vegetables and herbs harvested from the fields that day.

PS Although it is the opening day, the restaurant will not be available on June 14th as it is booked exclusively for the event.
