The Agriculture and Livestock Department to which I belong,

Mostly outside work!

Here are some of the ways we beat the heat!

Drink sports drinks frequently

・Carry salt tablets

・Wear a fan vest or cool neck

・Wearing a hat

Etc. It's basic stuff.

Other than that, sleep well, eat well,

If you notice anything unusual, take a break immediately!

Let's get through this heat by sticking to the basics!
