Hello, this is Miura from the Agricultural Department.
I am involved in the production of vegetables at Tategamori Ark Ranch.
For many years, I continued to manage the farm while being called a young man.
Recently, a (really) young employee has joined the farm management team, and we are also focusing on training successors.
The other day, I taught how to cultivate a field (rotary) in a vinyl greenhouse, which requires some tricks.
I have high hopes for the young employees who will carry Tategamori Ark Ranch on their backs!
