Nice to meet you, my name is Yasuhiro Endo, and I work at Sakanoue Farm in the Pig Farming Division.

It's been almost four months since I joined the company in April this year.
Pig farming is a job I have no experience in, so the work is fresh to me and I learn something new every day, but I am blessed with superiors and seniors who are always willing to talk to me if I'm in trouble, and with most of the people in my workplace being in their 20s and 30s, it's a bright, energetic, and fun environment to work in.

What I try to keep in mind every day when I work is to always think from the pigs' point of view, not from a human's point of view, and to always think about what they want. I still don't have much experience or knowledge, so it's difficult for me to get a sense of it, but I'd like to study every day so that I can become a professional manager who can meet their requests while keeping in mind that the pigs are always looking at me.
