My name is Kobayashi Minori and I was assigned to Hanaizumi Farm in the Pig Farming Division in April of this year.

At Hanaizumi Farm, I take care of the mother pigs before and after giving birth and the piglets after they are born.

I've loved animals since I was little, so I joined the company because I wanted to work in a job related to animals.
It was my first time taking care of pigs, so I had a lot of worries.
However, my seniors have kindly taught me, and the number of mistakes is gradually decreasing.
The number of tasks I can do and the tasks I am entrusted with are gradually increasing, and I feel both a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.

As I work, I often make mistakes because I'm not used to the job, but my seniors give me advice every time, so I'd like to work hard and aim to be like them.

I am still inexperienced, but I would like to continue to grow under the guidance of my seniors.
