At Tategamori Ham Workshop, we use basil and parsley to make our sausages.
Both are excellent supporting ingredients that enhance the flavor of a dish, but in fact, each has its own distinct personality and effects.

Basil isbasil sausageIt has a refreshing, sweet aroma that brings out the umami of the meat while leaving a clean aftertaste. Not only does it stimulate the appetite, but it is also said to have antioxidant and relaxing effects.

Parsley iswhite sausageandparsley cakeI use it in my dishes. It has a refreshing aroma and goes great with sausages. It's also rich in nutrients such as vitamin C and iron, making it a healthy herb.
Adding aromatic herbs gives the sausage a much deeper flavor.
