Even customers who are unable to visit the farm on a regular basis can enjoy our handmade bread made with our own rare organic JAS wheat.

The products produced at Ark Tategamori Bakery are made using organic JAS wheat grown and milled in-house, fertilized eggs from farms, and no margarine or shortening, making them safe and secure.

To ensure our customers get the freshest possible taste, we freeze our freshly baked bread immediately after baking so they can enjoy the freshly baked flavor whenever they want.

The recommended item is the baguette. It is crispy when baked, and because it is made with simple ingredients, you can particularly enjoy the rich aroma of wheat.
