At our bakery, our own flour mill obtained organic JAS certification this March, allowing us to use "home-produced organic wheat flour" in our products.

To ensure our customers can enjoy products made with organic wheat flour with peace of mind, we have reviewed our wheat flour management system and begun implementing thorough control measures.
