Time flies, and we're already in the latter half of July, with scorching heat continuing every day.
The hot weather continues from morning till night, so please take care to avoid heatstroke.

Now, I'd like to share a few of the comments we've received from our customers that made us very happy.

At the farm market where we work and at the natural food restaurant Till's, it's a stage to showcase the finished products of ingredients that we produce entirely in-house, such as the "Tategamori Highland Pork" and "farm-grown vegetables" that our other staff members have diligently raised, as well as the "additive-free ham and sausages" and the "bread" and "sweets" from our bakery that use organic JAS-certified wheat, all made with care.
Furthermore, it is a profession that allows you to interact directly with customers.

When I'm working at the register in the farm market or at the welcome shop Kinomi, I sometimes hear customers say things like, "Ark Tategamori's meat is delicious and I always buy it," or "The soft serve ice cream and cones are delicious too!"

I was once asked, "Do you sell just the ice cream cones?"

Unfortunately, we do not sell cones separately, but we were very happy to hear that you enjoyed it so much that you asked if you could purchase just the cones!

In addition, our terrace, which is open on weekends and holidays, sells items such as BBQ sausages as the main item, as well as spare ribs and pig's feet.

We've received comments such as, "The sausages were delicious, so I bought some at the store!" and "I'm going to buy some as souvenirs for my family," and we're grateful that you're introducing and enjoying Ark Tategamori's products with your family and friends.

The examples I've shared are just a few, and we often receive many other kind words. Each time, it makes us feel grateful not only that our products are well-received by our customers, but also that our efforts and the thoughts and beliefs of our production staff are being appreciated. It also gives us a sense of confidence in the products we produce at Ark Tategamori.

Within the company, we also have an initiative to share customer feedback with all employees. We hope that the kind words we receive will reach even staff members who don't usually interact with customers, and that this will lead to even better product development in the future.
