From a job of nurturing to a job of conveying appeal.

blog

Hello.

My name is Nishiguchi Kika, and I have recently been transferred from the Pig Farming Division to the Sales Department, Osaka Sales Office.
Starting in May, I will be involved in a completely different type of work than what I've done before.

My initial experience after transferring to a new department involved a training program that took me through all departments to learn everything about the company, from the basics to the deeper aspects.
I've been with the company for five years now,
These past two months have been invaluable, allowing us to learn about the thoughts and feelings that each department and division has as they approach their work.
And from August, I've finally started working full-time in sales.

Of the things that particularly stand out to me while actually working in the sales department,
The fact that the pigs I've been involved in raising and managing have become meat and are actually being sold as a product is what I find most rewarding.
And customers say, "It's delicious!" and "I look forward to it every day!"
I was very happy and impressed to receive your feedback directly.
Those words make me feel happy and give me a sense of fulfillment.

I will continue to deepen my knowledge and, first and foremost, try to make the people close to me think, "I want to try this!"
I will do my best to be a salesperson who can convey the appeal of the product in a way that makes people actually pick it up and try it out!
