The "traditional eggs" we produce are laid by chickens that roam freely in the vast natural environment of our ranch. Moreover, these eggs are fertilized eggs laid by roosters and hens that have fallen in love and been raised together in a relaxed environment.

When chickens are allowed to graze outdoors, they are exposed to predators such as crows, but the roosters protect them, allowing the hens to lay healthy eggs in peace.

We use non-GMO feed for our chickens and add herbs to boost their immunity and eliminate the characteristic odor of eggs. In addition, when they are free-range, they are exposed to sunlight and consume green grass, insects, and natural minerals on their own, making them very healthy. Furthermore, we focus on raising healthy chickens and do not use any antibiotics or other medications.
"Traditional Eggs," laid by healthy chickens fed safe feed, are free of any unpleasant odor, possess a rich and flavorful taste, and evoke a nostalgic, authentic flavor. We believe you can best appreciate their deliciousness by enjoying them in simple ways, such as on rice or as fried eggs.

In recent years, the intense summer heat has made it difficult to let the cows graze outdoors. Therefore, we have planted trees in the pastures and used shade nets to allow the cows to go out even during the hottest part of the day.
We want to provide our chickens with the best possible care and attention, ensuring they live as stress-free a life as possible amidst the ever-changing seasonal environment, so that they can lay delicious eggs.
