Hello! Golden Week has passed in the blink of an eye, and the rainy season is just around the corner.
I hate rain, but I love the smell of hydrangeas after it!

The content of this article is "Recently I've received good feedback from customers," but for me, who usually works in sales,
We rarely have the opportunity to meet with customers who purchase our products.

We mostly hear about our products through "customer feedback" shared within the company or from the stores that stock our products.

However, we exhibited at events at Yagibashi Department Store in February and at Nihonbashi Takashimaya in April, which was our first opportunity to hear real feedback directly.
What I felt again was that "There really is a need for Arc's products."

I received a lot of wonderful comments that I had been dying to hear!

We received many wonderful comments, such as "Your attention to detail is wonderful," "I'm looking for things that are good for my body and I buy this because I think I can eat it," and "I'm glad I can eat processed foods without worry."

The words that made me happiest were "Delicious!!" I was touched and happy to hear from repeat customers who said things like "It's so delicious, I eat it all the time" and those who came many times during the event who said "It was so delicious that I came back again."

Working in sales on a daily basis means that I rarely have direct interaction with customers, so I sometimes find myself wondering, "Will my sales make a difference?" or "Will this method help anyone?"

Every time this happens, I go back to my roots and tell myself, "Don't worry, Ark's products are wonderful and I can proudly recommend them, so I need to have confidence."

This time, I was able to hear the voices of our customers, and it gave me confidence that I was right and that I wasn't wrong!
