At Ark Tategamori, the dogwoods are starting to change color and the rose buds are swelling.

I feel like summer is almost here.

We would like to introduce new products from Ark Tategamori in preparation for summer.

"Ark Tategamori Wheat BEER" 700 yen (tax included)

It is made from organic wheat produced by Ark Tategamori, which practices circular agriculture.

Unfiltered and unheated beer.
You may see a whitish deposit at the bottom; this is yeast.

Normally, these are filtered out, but in order to allow you to enjoy the original flavor and aroma of beer,

The wine is bottled without filtration or heat treatment, and the yeast is still alive.

It's a very smooth and easy to drink beer.

I enjoyed it with "Tategamori Highland Pork Raw Innards [Teppo]".

A perfect match!!
