After the hot wheat harvest in June, we finally started harvesting the wheat this month.

First up is the strong wheat "Ginga no Chikara" from the first field, followed by "Nanbu Wheat" from the second and fourth fields.

The weather has been good for wheat this year, but weeds continue to be a problem.

Even so, the large combine harvester continues to cut and harvest. It's really reliable!

This year's wheat grains are relatively large and round. They have grown without being overwhelmed by weeds.

Even though there are many parts of the field that have been lost, I still feel a deep sense of love for them.

Once harvested, the rice is transported by truck, dried, adjusted, and graded, and the new flour is ready for production in late August.

I'm really curious about what this year's wheat will be like.

The growth of weeds is truly amazing!

This is a rare organic wheat that can only be won after a harsh battle against nature.
