This year, production of Ark Tategamori's popular winter product, pork buns, has finally begun.
We plan to produce approximately 35,000 units per year.
This pork bun is packed with plenty of carefully selected ingredients that are unique to Ark Tategamori.
The skin is made with organic wheat grown by us.
The filling is minced Tategamori Highland pork and organic onions.
The binder is, of course, breadcrumbs made from home-grown wheat.
Each and every ingredient is made with care to ensure safety and deliciousness.
Full-scale production will begin around mid-October once the heat subsides.
Things will get even busier in February, when we plan to produce four times a week.
