It's mid-October, and the mornings and evenings are getting chilly.

These days, I can feel winter approaching.

How are you all doing?

I am currently a member of the Smile Up Committee.

The Smile Up Committee is working to convey the feedback we receive from our customers to everyone in the company.

Share handwritten messages and warm letters from mail order customers,

We are doing various things, such as interviewing customers who come to events held at the ranch directly and sharing their real opinions with them!!

As someone who is in charge of production at a bakery, it is very encouraging for me to hear the feedback from customers.

I would like to share some of the happy words with you all.

・I can only eat Ark pork!

・The meat had no odor and even the fat was delicious.

-Sausages without additives are a rare treat and can be safely fed to children!

・I'm so grateful for the additive-free wheat bread! I'd like to visit a farm someday!

・Even though I'm allergic to eggs and milk, I'm thrilled to be able to eat the same hamburger steak as my family.

...and many other kind words that are encouraging to all our employees!!
