On Sunday, February 1, 2026, we will be holding a carcass butchering show and sale of "Tategamori Highland Pork Noah."
This is an event where meat deboned from large carcasses is sold in an auction format.
We will also be selling dynamic bone-in meat that can only be found at a butchering show.
