The Golden Week holidays are over, and it's now mid-May.

In a complete turnaround from the spring-like weather, temperatures have risen recently, and we've been experiencing summer-like temperatures during the day.
With the temperature fluctuating so much, please take care of yourselves.

Now, I'd like to introduce some of my personal favorite products.

When it comes to recommended products that represent Ark Tategamori, there are the farm's famous "BBQ sausages" and the "bone-in loin," the flagship product of Tategamori Highland Pork, but this time I'd like to introduce a product that I personally love and would recommend.

That's "Gâteau Lardo"!

It doesn't get much attention, but I recommend it to those who love sweets or have a sweet tooth (lol).

As the name "Lardo" suggests, this product is a baked confection made using lard from Tategamori Kogen pork.

The elegant sweetness from the cocoa powder and the delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture are delicious!

Why not consider these as souvenirs or a treat for yourself?

By the way, the BBQ sausages I mentioned at the beginning are available for purchase grilled over charcoal on our terrace, which is open on weekends and holidays, so please stop by and try them out!
