What are some delicious ways to eat eggs that come to mind?
There are so many variations, like making fried eggs, chicken and egg rice bowls, or even omelets!
I've tried making all sorts of dishes myself, but in the end, rice with a raw egg on top is the most delicious. (I'm not being lazy, I promise...)
But there's a good reason for that...
This is because it lacks the distinctive raw egg smell that was characteristic of eggs from the past, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of the yolk directly.
In recent years, many cookbooks featuring egg-on-rice recipes have been published, but I personally enjoy a simple breakfast of egg-on-rice topped with chives, sesame seeds, and dashi soy sauce.
