It will soon be a year since I transferred to Hanaizumi Farm.
I have been with the company for eight years and have been in charge of the fattening and weaning barns, but this will be my first time working in the breeding department.
Currently, I am mainly involved in tasks such as managing the health of sows, checking estrus, and assisting with insemination. Breeding is a department that requires daily meticulous observation and accurate judgment, and I have once again come to realize how important this is.
In my previous department, I learned that the accumulation of daily management leads to good results. I feel that the ability to notice small changes in pigs and to make improvements while keeping data in mind can be put to good use in the breeding field.
There are many tasks that I am doing for the first time, and there is a lot to learn, but I will work hard to contribute to the stability and improvement of our performance by carefully tackling each task. I would like to build on my past experience, absorb new knowledge and skills, and grow so that I can be a valuable asset to the team.
Thank you for your continued support.
