Hello. I'm Minato Kobayashi from the Poultry Management Department of the Agricultural and Livestock Division.

April marked one year since I joined the company, and I feel that my understanding of my work and my planning skills have grown significantly.

By understanding the meaning behind each task and activity, I've been able to consistently focus on my work and perform it more efficiently.

Furthermore, by planning and proceeding with work, I've become able to constantly monitor the progress of tasks and make minor adjustments to ensure completion within deadlines.

From now on, I will dedicate myself to the tasks assigned to me more than ever before, so that I can challenge myself with tasks I have never done before.
