Hello everyone, this is Musashi Onodera from the Bakery Department of the Manufacturing and Sales Division.

Since the new fiscal year has begun, I would like to write about my aspirations for this term.

I want Ark Tategamori Farm Market to be a store loved by all our customers. To achieve this, this season I will strive to listen to our customers' voices and be a presence that is close to them. I am vaguely considering things like setting up a simple survey where customers can freely write their thoughts and opinions so that we can hear as much as possible. Of course, I know it will be difficult to perfectly answer every single comment. However, I will take on this challenge in order to run an even better Ark Tategamori Farm Market.

We believe that everyone in the bakery and the manufacturing and sales department shares the same sentiment, and we intend to work together and move forward. We appreciate your continued patronage.
