Hello everyone. This is Mitsumi Chiba from Hanaizumi Farm.

Starting this term, I will be transferred to the Hanaizumi Farm and will be in charge of breeding pig operations.
Up until now, I've been involved in feed delivery at Arkfeed, but this is my first time being involved in pig management.

I honestly feel some anxiety about starting in a new environment, but even more so, I feel a great sense of fulfillment and responsibility. I want to make use of my past experience, carefully monitor the health of each animal on a daily basis, notice even the smallest changes, and truly connect with each and every one of them.

Furthermore, I am aware of my role as a member supporting safe and high-quality production, and I hope to steadily grow by building upon each responsible action. Thank you all for your continued support!
