Just when I was thinking that April, the start of a new fiscal year, had finally begun, it's already mid-month!
At Ark Tategamori, we are steadily making preparations for "Golden Week," the time of year when we expect to see the most visitors.

As the new fiscal year begins, "Farm Market" welcomes new staff members and is filled with a pleasant sense of tension, energy, and a bit of hustle and bustle (?).
Today, I'd like to introduce you to my "farm market friends," who I'm very proud of.

Let's start with our beloved meat processing team.

They're a mischievous bunch, lol!
We carry Ark Tategamori's main brand, "Tategamori Kogen Pork," every day.
With passionate dedication and a high level of hygiene awareness, we cut and serve the finest pork in the best possible condition.

Next up, our beloved bakery team.

This one's mischievous too, lol!
We handcraft each and every loaf of bread and pastries daily with care, using organic wheat flour from Ark Tategamori.
This season, we will further improve our team strength, maximize our bright and youthful energy and outstanding potential, and make a real leap forward.

And then there's my beloved cashier, floor staff, and nut team.

We've also got some new members.
They are cheerful and truly reliable members.
Every day, we handle a wide range of meticulous tasks while welcoming our customers with a wonderful smile.

They are all truly wonderful staff members, and I am very proud of them.
During our team meeting the other day, we shared some passionate and inspiring resolutions.
Everyone is unique and highly motivated.
With our inherent teamwork, we carry out our duties, aiming to deliver enjoyable and memorable experiences to every customer who visits Farm Market. We sincerely hope that on their way home, they will be basking in the afterglow, thinking, "Ah, that was fun! Ark Tategamori is the best!!"
