Although I'm getting on in years, I'm a new employee. Last year, I decided to change jobs when I turned 60. Through a fortunate connection, I joined Ark Co., Ltd. this January.
This is truly a reward in life. After many twists and turns, like puzzle pieces falling into place, I am here now. (A bit dramatic?) I feel that every step I took, every place I stopped, every crossroads I pondered, all had meaning.
During the two-month farm training program that began immediately after joining the company, every day was filled with fresh surprises and inspiring moments. After being thoroughly immersed in the "Ark spirit," I am now working in the field as a first-year sales representative.
We are still in the process of building relationships with our clients, and on my way to visit them, I recall scenes from my training and the faces of everyone who helped me, which gives me courage every day. (The attached photo is one of my favorites taken during my training ♪)
By the way, I happened to check my smartphone's pedometer and found that I'm averaging over 10,000 steps a day, and sometimes even close to 20,000. No wonder my thigh muscles have felt noticeably firmer lately. Aiming for strong, beautiful legs!
I'm off to work today full of energy!!
