Hello everyone! My name is Katsuhiro Hashimoto, and I've been assigned to the Sakagami Farm in the Pig Farming Division.

Through cleaning the pigsty, I was reminded of the difficulty and importance of livestock farming.

When I actually started working, I realized that removing dirt from floors and walls required more strength than I had imagined, and I felt physically exhausted during long hours of work. However, seeing the dirty places become clean gave me a great sense of accomplishment and made the job very rewarding.

I also learned that daily hygiene management is extremely important for pigs to grow up healthy. I understood that maintaining a clean environment helps prevent disease and supports safe and secure farming.

Furthermore, I realized the importance of not only working alone, but also cooperating with others and dividing responsibilities in order to carry out tasks smoothly.

I will use this experience to my advantage going forward, and I will approach my work proactively with a sense of responsibility, while being mindful of efficiency and thoroughness.
