Since the cherry blossoms began to bloom in April, the wheat has started to grow actively.

Wheat sown in late October last year
This year we are cultivating organic wheat on approximately 30 hectares.
The yield target per hectare is 250 kg.
The varieties are Nanbu wheat and Galaxy Power.
Nanbu wheat is medium-strength flour, and Ginga no Chikara is strong flour.
Utilized in wheat products handled by our company.
Our own flour mill received organic JAS certification in February of this year, allowing us to label our products as organic JAS wheat.
With the help of the local government, it took three years to obtain.
One of the measures to add value to nearby fallow farmland and make it available for distribution, so that it can be converted into wheat fields.
If you are interested in organic JAS wheat flour, please check Farm Market or our company website.
From now until the end of June, when harvest time arrives, the battle against weeds, an inevitable challenge for organic wheat, will begin in earnest.
