My name is Kaori Kumagai, and I joined the General Affairs Department last December.

Based on the principle that you can't do a good job as an administrative staff member without knowing what's happening on the ground, I spent about two months learning a great deal through on-site training in various departments. Actually, before joining the company, I had the opportunity to interact with some Ark employees.
That was the day of my Ark job interview.
When I told the interviewer (my current boss) during the interview that I enjoyed tending to the garden at my parents' house,
"Our company's herb and plant shop sells organic fertilizer made by one of our group companies!"
That's what I was told.
After the interview, I stopped by a herb and plant shop and found bags of soil next to lots of beautiful flowers and pots. I was thinking of using it for growing plants in planters at home when a staff member at the store said to me...
"Are you looking for something?"
I was approached with this comment. I felt a sense of relief that the interview was over, and also excitement about growing plants.
"I'm thinking of buying this soil to try growing tulips in pots and vegetables in planters! It's my first time, so when do I need to add fertilizer?"
I replied excitedly. Then,
"Ah... this soil is organic fertilizer..."
The staff kindly explained the difference between potting soil and organic fertilizer.
At the time, I didn't know the difference between potting soil and organic fertilizer, and I almost made a huge mistake by creating a planter with 100% organic fertilizer.
I realized that even before joining the company, I had been exposed to the professional work of Ark Kanemori, such as providing attentive customer service tailored to the customer's perspective.

Ark is always trying new things. To keep up with that trend, I took this opportunity on my blog to use AI to edit photos. Since it had been raining a lot lately, I told the AI that I wanted to post a picture of Ark on a sunny day, and that's what I created.
