So, I've become the head of the meat department. There's no way I'm not going to make the most of this good fortune. I want to do things I couldn't do before, and work in a way that allows everyone to enjoy Ark's Tategamori Kogen pork more than ever before.

Starting this year's Golden Week, Farm Market Meat Shop is strengthening its tasting service. No matter how good a product we make, its quality won't be conveyed unless people taste it. First and foremost, let people try it. We're creating a sales floor where customers can enjoy themselves, whether they buy something or not.

To do what I want to do, as much as I want to do it. That's my goal as the head of the meat department, and I will continue to strive towards that goal with all of my staff.
