Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Rinriko Kusaka, and I was assigned to the asparagus farm in the pig farming division starting in April.

At the asparagus farm, we manage the area daily with the goal of raising the piglets in a weaning facility until they are ready to be sent to the fattening farm.

The piglet in the photo arrived at the asparagus farm yesterday, July 2nd. As you can see in the photo, these piglets are small enough to be held, but they grow big every day at the asparagus farm, and by the time they go to the fattening farm, they've grown too big to be picked up!

While I learned about pig farming through lectures at university, actually seeing piglets firsthand brought about discoveries and insights that couldn't be gained from textbooks alone. I want to absorb what I can learn in the field and work hard every day to support the growth of the piglets. I look forward to working with you all.
