While enjoying the charm of roses, making fragrant rose-flavored sweets, and brewing herbal teas, you will learn about the gentle benefits of herbs for soothing your mind and body.

The venue was filled with the gorgeous fragrance of rare, hard-to-find "organic edible Damask roses" and the refreshing scent of freshly picked herbs, creating a special space that felt like being in a rose garden.

Herb researcher and horticultural therapist.
In 1984, she encountered a lifestyle centered around herbs in El Cerrito, California, and was deeply impressed by its charm, which led her to begin her research.

1991Atelier HERB AND CRAFTI established a company and run a herb school, conduct various seminars, and give lectures at universities, vocational schools, and the NHK Culture Center.

As an advisor to the Japan Phytotherapy Association and a certified horticultural therapist by the Japanese Society for Horticultural Therapy,
