At Ark Kangamori, we have been engaged in the cultivation of organic wheat for many years.
From the very beginning of organic wheat cultivation in the Fujisawa district where Ark Tategamori is located, we also attempted to mill organic wheat flour locally, but at the time, things did not go as planned, and we were forced to suspend it.
After reviewing the initially planned work process, we began milling flour at Ark Tategamori in 2021.
We decided to seriously pursue in-house milling because we believed that it would not only allow us to manufacture processed products using fresher flour, but also enable us to focus on selling our products as organic JAS-certified flour.
Our flour mills handle only organic wheat, preventing contamination with non-organic wheat.

As a result of our continuous efforts to improve our milling technology and obtain organic JAS certification, we were finally able to obtain the long-desired organic processed food certification in February 2026.
We hope that this initiative will encourage not only our company but also all the producers who cultivate organic wheat in the Fujisawa area, and that it will lead to the revitalization of the entire region.
