Hello, I'm Minato Kobayashi from the Poultry Management Department of the Agricultural and Livestock Division.
Golden Week is over, and June is just around the corner. The weather has been unpredictable, with alternating periods of sunshine and rain, and fluctuating temperatures.

Extreme temperature fluctuations and high humidity are not good for the chickens. Therefore, we take measures such as ventilation and using industrial fans to lower the temperature, release humidity, and ensure that fresh air is constantly circulating inside the chicken coop. The hottest part of summer is yet to come, so we want to create an environment that minimizes stress for the chickens as much as possible.
