My name is Masayuki Sato and I am in charge of meat in the Farm Market Manufacturing and Sales Department.

Food poisoning is scary in the summer.

The temperature inside the refrigerator and freezer must be controlled every day.

Rules for entering and exiting the butcher room

① Wear a hat to prevent your hair from falling out.
② Roll your clothes to remove any fine dust before entering the room.
③Wash your hands, disinfect with alcohol, and wear a mask.
④ Rubber gloves are required for work, so change them frequently.
⑤ Utensils such as knives, cutting boards, and slicers will be disinfected with alcohol after use.
