I had to go back to my parents' house (Ninohe) for a while to run some errands, but there was a blizzard in my hometown, and I thought it was completely different from the southern part of the prefecture. This time, I would like to introduce a few vegetables that become delicious in the cold and vegetables that will be added to your stool.
↑ Sweet spinach with thick stalks exposed to the cold. The farm grows two types of spinach: salad spinach and atlas.
↑I think it will be shipped from the end of November, but it is a turnip swan. I think it is famous among turnips for its easy-to-make variety and delicious taste. The fruit is getting bigger, but the leaves are also getting bigger than the fruit.
