Enter the fascinating world of roses
The lecturer for the herb seminar will be Taeko Shishido, a well-known director of the Japan Herb Society and head of its Sendai branch.
We will explore the charm of roses from an herbal perspective.
The effects of rose scent are known to be hormone balancing, beauty, and brightening the mood in women, but recently a research result was published that shows that it is also surprisingly effective against body odor caused by aging. We will also talk about the rose baked goods made by a pastry chef we met at the Rose Day event at the Bulgarian Embassy, how to make a delicious herbal tea bouquet using fresh edible roses, and more. We will explore the charm of delicious roses while sharing fun stories.
